Dr. Ahmad’s personal philosophy is that every patient requires individualized treatment. This starts with the pre-operative visit which includes the reason for the visit, a thorough examination and then a treatment plan. Many patients have straight forward issues that can be addressed with one pre-operative examination. Some patients may require more than one visit to tailor a surgical or medical plan to improve the current condition. Each patients past medical history, anatomy and personal goals are ultimately what determines the treatment plan. Dr. Ahmad believes that communication is important between the patient and physician. A patient who is well educated and understands the risks and benefits of surgery is a patient who will ultimately do well. Dr. Ahmad looks forward to meeting you.
